LaSelva has stood for Tuscan specialities since 1980, produced and processed to the highest organic standards. Karl Egger’s basic idea was to restore the taste of food to that of our childhood, when apples tasted like apples and tomatoes tasted like tomatoes. 

Starting LaSelva was a pioneering effort. Organic farming was ridiculed as utopian and the organic food boom was in the distant future. Since then, the demand for organic food has risen continually and LaSelva products have established an excellent international reputation.
